IBHS members and their families climbed to new heights on Sunday 5 August 2007 to celebrate the benchmark date of just 1,000 days to the opening of World Expo 2010 Shanghai.

In cooperation with Shanghai Municipal Tourism Administration Commission (SMTAC) the Lupu bridge was chosen as it links the two sides of Shanghai, Puxi and Pudong and overlooks key areas of the rapidly developing area being prepared for the World Expo.

An enjoyable family morning was enjoyed by all that took part and certificates marking this key date were presented.
