IBHS member Mr. Taniguchi Kazunari, General Manager of the Okura Garden Hotel Shanghai, was presented with the Magnolia Award on the 5th September 2005. This award is a municipal honor given by the Foreign Affairs Office to foreign executives who have made an outstanding contribution to the city’s economy, social or cultural advancement.
